The company uses high-quality QCM screen printing inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina. These inks are vibrant, durable, and highly crack-resistant. Some designs are intentionally faded or cracked, but the inks always "do what they are told" by the printers.
The printing is done on top-of-the-line presses and ovens made by M&R in Roselle, Illinois, ensuring proper curing of the inks.
Additionally, the QCM inks used are phthalate-free, CFC-free, and rated as carcinogen-free by the state of California, making them a safe and environmentally-conscious choice.
